Returns on Orders

Please choose your tile products carefully. The Design Palette reserves the right to accept or reject returns.

We may provide credit for the return of undamaged stock if all the following complies;

Advice regarding the intention to return goods must be received within seven (7) working days of delivery date and returned within twenty-four (24) days of the delivery date.

A receipt note must be obtained from The Design Palette in order to substantiate the return of goods.

Goods returned must not be marked or damaged and must be in full unopened boxes.

Any credit for goods returned will be made at a rate equal to the purchase price less a handling charge for 30%.

Goods are returned to our nominated warehouse at your expense.

Goods in shades no longer kept in stock by The Design Palette will not be accepted.

We will not accept damaged goods, custom or special orders, goods that have been installed and altered, or loose pieces, not in original packaging.

Leftover tiles will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Sample Returns

Refunds will be available for sample tiles with major faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.
