The best way to finalise your design project is to see the products in real life. This is why samples are so important to purchase before you make your big investment for your design project.
Our samples are not for free as we are a big advocate on sustainability and not wasting samples. For every sample that is purchased we hope it goes to good use and is not wasted. Below are some FAQs on purchasing samples online with us.
How many samples can I order?
You can order up to 6 samples per order.
How much do the samples cost?
Samples will cost $5 each and shipping is free.
What size are the samples?
Sample size is aprox 10x10cm and they're designed to be ‘handbag’ size so you can easily carry them around to match your key home furnishings.
Can I speak to someone in person?
Feel free to call us on 1300 868 196 Monday - Friday 10am-4pm AEST, or send us an email.
Where do you deliver to?
Delivery is free anywhere in Australia.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No – we'll take care of that.
How long will it take for my samples to arrive?
Up to 7 business days in Australia.
Can you return/exchange samples?
Please choose carefully as refunds or exchanges cannot be given after an order has been placed for samples purchased online.
What if my samples are broken when they arrive?
We hope this never happens but can happen at times. Please notify us within 24hrs of receiving your samples, email through a photo and we will resend you your samples free of charge.
